Broken Arrow 1

Its not the size of the animal you hunt that matters. Its how you hunt the animal.

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Jim, I have been silently watching your quest with a traditional vintage recurve, and I must say...

I am extremely happy for you.

Way to go!

Fred would be proud.

Can't wait until Joe follows in your footsteps, and you share it with us.

Outstanding, Stone Knife!  Congratulations !

Tell us about your bow. I have one just like it that I have been thinking about hunting with. At only 45# it zips an arrow as fast as newer recurves at heavier draw wts.

Those early 70's Grizzlys with green stained wood are pretty nice bows. They have always been the bow that would catch my eye on the trading blanket.

Congrats on your nice buck!
