Where you at that you can't get it Tony?  If you are in Germany I might be able to set up something for you to be able to shoot.

The great thing about being stationed over here is that we still get US shipping since we have a NY zip code.

looks like a real nice one, tony - congrats!  now if it was a t/d, you'd have it in yer hands within a week or less.   :)
Yeah I know Rob...already making plans for a T/D   Gotta sit in your class for a while tho...

TW...do you think you can shoot it? Dying to know his personality...Also can you show us a pic or two of it strung and ready for action??  Talk about torture!

Blake,
I'm in China - a long haul from Germany. NY zip - I'll bet that is handy!

Ahh, I thought somebody had written that you were here in Europe.

That zip code is a life saver.  Only problem is that it takes about a week to two extra to get anything.  But the shipping prices are much lower and I don't have to pay customs.  I'd give a hand to just about any of the German Trad-gangers since they are the ones who can hook me up with the best shoots and sometimes fishing too.

Tony, right now I don't have any arrows spined for this weight. Here are a couple of strung profiles. Sorry, not the best picture taker.   :D

TW,
You are da man!

I was thinking you pulled about 55# or so.
I asked Craig to cut the riser close to center (within 1/8") but the pic shows it a bit heavier...difficult to know for sure.

I left the limb tips up to him...looks like he chose cocobolo.

Wannabe1

I'm not an expert but, I don't think he cut it within 1/8" of center. Looks like the normal shelf cut to me.

He'll take a floppy arrow I guess.  No matter! I like it...Thanks again TW.

Josh, listen to Rob regarding the weight thing--every bow Craig has built for me scales out 3-4# heavier than marked (ordered) weight.....not a criticism, just sayin'.

Well, I came home last night and there was a note in the mailbox saying I have a package to pick up.  Hopefully it is the 68 inch Hill I bought from Rob!!  Will be heading to the post office in a bit to find out.

Yes, I heard that consistently so I ordered 57# to keep me near or under 60# at 29".

I went to the post office today and picked up the bow I got from Rob - Beautiful bow.  68 inches marked 50 @ 28 but Rob said his scales show 51.2 # @ 28.  Nothing but rain today so have not been able to get it outside to shoot yet but, hopefully, will get some time outside with it next week!!

Yes,mine scaled 3#'s heavier. I ordered it 54@27 and my Easton says 57. I actually like the extra weight so I'm not complaining.
