A couple more pics of a different Sunbear longbow, this one has an ebony riser with black limbs, I don't think there is any way to capture all the colors in this piece of ebony.

That's a sweet looking bow, finish is great!

Almost forgot about that one Greg. Nobody knows the anguish I experience when I finish a bow and have to send it away... even the lefties!

Tho' all of the bows are gorgeous instruments, this one could be a master's instrument played in a world symphony, and with the aesthetics of the bow, only played by that master only whilst wearing formal attire, in respect to the instrument....i'm just saying this one is beautiful....wow!

Awesome Charlie!!

I can add another bow to my bucket list as "one to shoot".

Scratched one from that list yesterday as I was fortunate enough to get my chance at a Shrew Hill thanks to Bob B.

The road to "Sherwood" makes for an awesome journey.

Good looking bow Charlie. I sure like the brown glass, even if it wasn't just the shade you were wanting.

Speaking of HH longbows, I just want to say what a great transaction I had with "mikebiz", I appreciate your communications, your sharing of your knowledge, the Sirocco! What a great bow!

No wonder why y'all enjoy shooting these great bows!

mikebiz

No problem Linwood.  I'm glad it went to a good home.  These bows should be shot, not sentenced to years of hanging on the wall.  I wasn't shooting her, so it was time for me to let her go.  I'm glad you happy with her.  She's a beauty.  Good luck.
