Jason- regular here on TG and host of his Traditional Bowhunter and Wilderness Podcast out of Michigan, experienced a terrible loss this past week.  His 14 year old son, Keegan was killed in a terrible gun accident.  Just teens making a terrible error.

Please be careful out there. . . .Hug and love your kids tonight. Survived by Jason, wife Tina, and 16 year old daughter/sister Bella.  Long road ahead.

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

So very tragic. Prayers for Jason and his family.
Do not follow where the path may lead.  Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.

Jason is one of the many "good 'uns here" I've corresponded some with him and enjoyed his podcasts..

This is going to leave a mark!  :(

Wow. I can not imagine the pain. I have enjoyed his podcasts and PM'd hm several times. May God bless him and his family.  Bill

I got a reply to a personal note.  Jason seems to have his head on with a comment "that the pain is horrendous but they all know they will know joy again, but it's tough right now..."(paraphrased).

He seems to have a handle on what would seem to be a horrendous situation

Let's keep prayers flowing...

Haven't heard anything more from his quarter but something like this doesn't ebb quickly so he may be silent for some time...

Good to keep he and his family "lifted up"
