The biggest city in the South Island of New Zealand Christchurch was stuck by a 6.3 Earthquake 75 souls dead over 300 missing our country is in shock. some of my cousins were in Christchurch when the Earthquake hit thank God that they are safe and well. Although many families are not as lucky. Please spare a passing thought for the Earthquake victims and there families. Even in this terrible time Christchurch will rebuild we as a country will rebuild and the lives lost will not be forgotten.

It's very sad to watch. I've seen some on FOX news and they said the brunt hit at lunch hour when the streets were busy. Lets hope any one trapped could hang on for recue. Mine and many folks I know thoughts and prayers are with you.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Did jeff burgoyne live in Christchurch?

Aunty

I pulled jeffs proflie he lives in Auckland but at 4pm our time they are going to start releasing names that are missing and those that have passed away. will keep you informed if jeff is among them as far as i am aware all the bowhunters that i have wrung none seem to think that any bowhunters are hurt. Im not much of a holy man but at times like these it sure makes you wonder. Hug your family tonight as life is precious in a blink of an eye it all can change.
