Lost my Mom today......

Need some prayers for my family...my mom lost her battle with cancer today....only a little bit of sadness...because I know I'll see her again. Also she is no longer in pain...her body has been restored in heaven! My prayers are for my unsaved family. Thanks in advance!

Sorry to read of the loss of your mom, and certainly understand the relief of her not being in any more pain. May the Lord give you strength, wisdom, and a showing of peace in which the family members who are not saved, may inquire about the source of your comfort.

Felt the same things 5+ years ago when Mom passed after a very short battle with cancer. She lived in pain and misery for years but nobody ever found the cancer until it matastasized in her bones.

Prayers for peace to remain on you. Also prayers for Him to guide you quietly to show His Love and Grace to those of your family who are not believers. That has to be the hardest chore as a Christian I've ever imagined. I have a few friends like that, and talking won't do it so I try to live it, but He picked a lousy emmisary in me to lead by example.

Keep the Son in your eyes!

i'm so sorry to hear about your mother. another one of GODS childern have come home. my heart goes out to you, i lost my dad in march to cancer.and my mom 2 years ago. i understand your sadness, and the joy inside knowing she was saved. GODS word tells us to rejoice, it is kinda hard because we will miss them so much. i pray you have the peace only he can give. our prayers are with you and your family.
