Hey all,

I would like to ask you all for a favor....to say a prayer for my sister.

She and her family have had it pretty rough the last year and the other day she found out she might be getting a BADLY NEEDED job.  Not only is it a job, but it is a pretty darn good job that pays well.  Getting this job would make all the difference in the world to my sister and her kids.  It would also be a tremendous blessing for me and our mom who worries about her and her grandchildren so much.

She has been hired and her start date is the 22nd.  She has a couple hurdles left to clear and everything will be great.  My sister deserves to have some good news for a change.

So if you don't care and can remember, can you please include my sister LISA in your prayers that she may get this job that she so desperately needs.

Thank you so much for your time and prayers.

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Larry,

Prayers sent from another hillbilly. With the economy the way it is here in WV any job is better than no job, and the good ones are few and far between. I hope things work out for your sister.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Prayers for God's will to be done in Lisa's life and for her to gain strength and discernment through the Great Counselor on which she will lean totally.

Keep the Son in your eyes, Lisa.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
