There will be a one hour special about Fred Bear on the Sportsman channel coming June 21 at 7 pm eastern time.  If you have Directv, then it's channel 605.

I am not sure of the content, but I heard there were some film crews at the plant recently, perhaps this will be part of it? Anyways sounds like a great move for Bear Archery!

Fred Bear, in the wind he is still alive!

that's great!!! but I have cable not Direct TV. How is a guy supposed to watch it then?

Blackhawk

Which cable company?

Just Google your cable company and sportsman channel...and you may get an answer.

My gut tells me that Bear Archery will get this out on Youtube later this summer if you, like many of us, cannot dial this in.

I hope folks had a chance to see this show... which was very good.

Someone in the show mentioned that many 20-30 year old bowhunters knew little or nothing about Fred and they hoped the program did a little to correct that.

For me, I was particularly touched by the mention that a parking spot for Fred was still reserved at the Bear Archery facility.

Other than the too frequent commercials, it was a pretty darn good show.

We love you Fred!

Been to Bear Archery and saw the reserved parking spot. A very nice gesture. Didn't get to see this show but hope to if it is rebroadcast.
