Probably not a big deal to you collectors, but many years ago a very close friend gave me a Fred Bear broadhead file.It has a white handle and says Fred Bear molded in the handle on both sides. Also have the belt sheath that goes with it.Been used 1 time as I sharpened broadheads to bear hunt with in Portage,Maine while hunting with Eldon Jandreau               .Seemed appropriate to use it to get ready.Did kill a bear .was digging thru the closet today and found it again.Just thought it was pretty neat and thought I would share the story with you.

You are right.  It is no big deal.

I will take it off your hads to spare you from throwing it away.

NOT!!!..That file is a very big deal.  Highly collectible.  Many Trad collectors would give their eye teeth to have it.

The biggest collectors item like that would be the knife, file, and stone set.  Just the file and case is still highly desirable.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

I'd say that is 2 big deals. Hunting with Eldon is the other one!
Not sure which I envy more.

I have to second what Jack and Bjorn said. I use mine and when I'm in the deer woods it's always with me.

Hey Jack I have that file but no sheath, the handle is not in the best shape and it has been used but I really don't need it, holler at me if your interested!
