Those aren't inlays,  it's the laminations done that way-light and dark wood,opposite directions.

Here's another sort of oddball Hodek made bow.I thought maybe one of your bows might have tips like this one Wade as it's a bit more "traditional" in style than my other one.Maybe this was another novelty bow.I use it as a putter.

Raghorn Ron is your bow a Delo built somewhere around Kent Washington ???? I know those sure look like Delo lams to me.
Balsa wood and walnut I believe.I know he used that soft balsa wood a lot.I may be spelling his name wrong also it might be Dielo ??? bd
