Bear 8 arrow quiver

Want to buy a Bear 8 arrow spring arm quiver to fit my 64" Super Kodiak, any leads appreciated.

You would need the double spring arm, tape-on, leather top. Or the plastic hood with a single upper arm and the bolt-on lower mount that uses an adapter to the stabilizer insert.

These leather tops are LH but you can see the difference.
You would need the long arm like on the left.
The short arm will not fit your 60" bow.


This should be the correct quiver for your bow. You should have the stabilizer insert on your bow.
The adapter is above the quiver.
This is a very hard quiver to find. This one is RH.

Don, I have an adapter just like the one Ron has pictured.  It's missing the bolt that threads into the quiver insert, but the screw that Ron has pictured is present.  I'll trade it for a broadhead of your choice if you want it. I'll never use it.

Also I've asked about a quiver that uses the stabilizer insert to bolt on and was always told no so it's interesting that there really is one. Makes sense right?

I will be in the cement building/ cafateria  with the broadhead collectors. I will have the quiver with me with some other stuff for the swap meet on Sat.
Most any of the other collectors will know me or where I'm at...they keep a pretty close eye on me!

Ssamac:This 4 arrow model came out in 1973....1975 the modified 8 & 4 to be used with a compound showed up.
I see you inquired on the other forum about the double arm 4 arrow. The length is important as they don't adjust like the 8 arrow did. You also need to check the condition of the gripper even though they can be replaced. The nice thing with this plastic hood single arm 4 arrow is the arm does adjust.

That 8 arrow came out same year as the 4 arrow. There are three different length arms for the 8 arrow model. The one in your picture is the short arm, it woould work for the 52' and 58' bows, maybe the 60"- not sure, I don't have one here anymore.  It uses the same adapter to the stabilizer bushing.

Well I just let a 4 arrow go because it was too short but it's adjustable. Oh well. A fair price to pay for knowledge. I'll have to wait until another turns up
