Nice, your '71 has a stabilizer insert, which side of the limb are the top silk screens on?

pinecrest

Like the 69 and 70,on the front. When did this change?

Forest Archer

I think the '72 has the silk screens on the belly side. I have 2 of the 1970's a 64" and a 60" They have no stabilizer insert. So to find a true '71 I'll have to find a stabilizer insert with the silk screen on the back limb, then a true '72 will be stabilizer with silk screens on the belly. I'm looking for a '71 or '72 if anybody has one to sell or swap  :)

d. ward

I can make a 1970 1971 1972 into a 1970 1971 or 1972...bd

Thats why I bought the 71,Bear info says they didnt make a 64''er in 71,but they did .This one has the sight cutout, stab insert and at 50# and my 32.5''draw it really sends them 2315's out there.

I'd love a 64 incher.....LH of course...they should really be a smooth drawing bow...

I have a LH with the stabiler insert, Bear SK on the top back limb, Grayling Bear on the bottom belly.  What year is this?

Now that I have a 64" SK, this thread is even more interesting to study the pics. What a great shooting bow!
