I have a couple of old Bear bows that I picked up years ago with learning to shoot off the other side in mind. Revisited them and found a limb twist in the Polar which I am working on. The Alsaskan is an amazing shooter. It is a very plain bow with no tip overlays or fancy stuff, but it is a tack driver and dead quiet, especially with this matching Forgewood. They guy (I think it was Lenny the used bow man) who sold it to me back then called it the "Halloween bow" because of orange glass belly and green glass back.

I like the old Polars  :)

The '59 Alaskan is a nice shooting bow.  You have a nice pair of bows there!

Geez I have an early 50s polar, left hand and 61#.

It vibrates every bone in my body when I shoot it and rattles a few fillings loose! LOL
