I have an old Ben Pearson Apex (#10, it seems) recurve.  I once had some info located on this series of bows, but can't seem to find it.  Any of you guys remember anything about them, or know where I can find the info?

I had one in my collection. It is the only bow that I ever sold, so that tells you a bit about my opinion of the bow.  I bought it off the auction site we must not name for $40.00 + shipping, and sold it for $61.00 + shipping, at the same auction site.  I was glad just glad to get my money back.

They are solid shooters, but that is  about all I can say for them.   Of course that is true for many of the Ben Pearson bows.  I always reccommend new trad shooters to get a Ben Pearson for a starter bow because they don't cost a lot.  As far as being shooters, they are about the most underated bows out there.  They do deserve a better reputation than they get.  They are not that well though of simply because you can get them so cheap.  For the buyer, that is a good thing.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.
