spike broadheads

went to a farm auction last week, i purchased 2 boxes of old arrows, cedar shafts and mico-flite arrows, the fellow said he bought them in the late 60's....in one box was 4   SPIKE BROADHEADS...pat pending....anyone ever used them before and any idea  of there worth?????thanks for the help>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>timbow>>>>>>>>>

Those would probably be Missle Spike broadheads; long sharp point with short wide replaceable  blades.  Are they screw-ins or glue-ons; MS came both ways?  They should make good traders.

I forgot to ask, do you have any plans for the shafts?

Thanks for the info. I will be keeping the arrows to display....maybe shoot a couple.......and will trade a couple of the Spike broadheads....
