How do you ensure your bow arm's position is consistent?

I hold it out there like it's a piston until the arrow hits, sure it moves upon release but I try my best not to move.

One of the toughest things to remember to do IMO, and one of the biggest reasons why people miss the mark. When I take the time to point my bow fist at the target/animal first, before drawing, I shoot much better. You have to leave it there until the arrow hits. No peeking! Practice, practice, practice!
