Hey Guys,

I'm pretty new to traditional archery and have been shooting regularly for the past couple months.  I had been getting pretty frustrated and disappointed because I didn't feel like my performance and accuracy was getting any better.  I had been asking around and was thinking I was going to have to get new arrows...again.

So I decided to take a break for a few days.  Didn't touch or even look at my bow.  This morning I decided to try shooting again.  I noticed I was trying to grip my longbow like I gripped a recurve, and I noticed I was leaning my head to the right.

I adjusted my grip and made sure to straighten my neck when shooting.  The results:

From 10 yds-

Also from 10 yds-

First real attempt from 20 yds (paying attention to grip and my head)-

Set up I'm using is a used Bear Montana 55# @ 28" I got here on the classifieds.  7 3/4" brace height. B50 dacron string. 29" pull. Easton Gamegetter 2117 w/ 125gr field tips cut to 30"ish.

Edited to add:  Looking at the pictures it seems my nocks are drifting a little to the right.  So I need to adjust my brace height a tad, correct?  Would I need to go higher or lower?
