I shoot as often as I can but with my work scedule & then being Mr. Mom till moma get's home most times my shooting is just 5 - 10 arrows at no more than 15 yards into my basement, & hopefully some arrow time during the weekends but I do try to perform my best form shot each time.

I try to shoot everyday when I take lunch at work,  shoot for 45 minutes to an hour.  On the weekends I try to get a good 1 hour of solid practice.  This includes some short distance blank bail work on form.

Unfortunately, I usually get out about once every 7-10 days. NOWHERE near enough. I do visualize shooting daily. Helps a bit...or am I hallucinating? LOL

Anywhere between 15 and 60 shots per day (1 arrow and go pull it-year round in minnesota) vary the distance up to 25 yds in my yard and never more than 25 shots per session as I lose focus and then I start shooting poorly.

I don't practice as much as I should. When I do practice I try to have quality practice over just flinging X number of arrows. When I don't have the time or inclination to go outside and shoot I will shoot blank bale inside. When I do practice outside I will shoot one arrow at a time and vary the distance with each shot. Either doing a walk up or walk back from my target butt. Maybe once a week I will go out and shoot my Mckenzies I have set up. Then for practice I may shoot a local shoot once a month to prepare for the national level shoots.

Shooting on this type of schedule allows to keep focused while shooting(not burnt out from shooting), it forces me to make every arrow count(just like in a tournament or hunting situation), and makes me work to be as good on the first shot as you want to be on the 40th shot.

I shoot at least twice a day sometimes 3 or 4 sessions. Average about 3hrs a day trying to build strength and get back in form.

I haven't shot recurves in over 40yrs and am having a hard time getting back in the groove.

During the week I shoot 25 to 50 arrows daily. The first shot is my practice hunting shot concentrating on hitting what I am aiming at. I then work on form (4 or 5 arrows shot before retrieving) until a little fatigue sets in and then finish shooting by making a really good shot. If I feel the shot is not adequate additional shots are taken (1 shot then retrieved). I like to have a positive last practice memory.

On weekends, I go to our archery club and shoot the 3Ds with friends concentrating on making good shots and working on distance.

I shoot three to four days a weed 10 to however many arrows until I get tired, starting in September I try to shoot every day until mid January.

six to seven days a week usually only about 20 arrows.  Don't count them just if it feels right.  Quality not Quantity.

Only once or twice a week, to protect my worn-out shoulders. More when deer season gets closer, including judo roving, to sharpen my random distance computer.

Shooting time wise I usually get in about 4-5 hours per week. However, I also do specific strength training and stretching along with cardio which also takes up about 4-5 hours per week. I'm 45 now and want to keep going for a long time to come.   :)
