I plan to do some bare shaft broadhead tuning here in a few weeks. Being that ive never done this I would like to ask for some guidance. My primary hunting weight will be around 55lbs should I be shooting a 2016 aluminum arrow or could I get away with a 2117 for extra weight? My arrows are cut to 30 inches and I will be tuning with 100gr Magnus Buzzcut 2 blade heads. Do I move my nock point by following the arrows impact point? Example being I shoot high I move my nock point up? Would you also recommend shooting groups for this or just a single arrow? Thanks.

I would start here. Read it a few times and ask away. Almost everything you need to know regarding tuning.

In re-reading your post, I missed that you are interested in tuning for broadheads.  I think the reference posted above would be of more help that what I first posted.

Thats alot to read so forgive me if some of my questions are incorrect. So to simply put it you first start by tuning your field tips to where you can get the bare shaft group to be slightly lower then your flecthed group correct? Then from there you flecth your arrows then tune broadheads?

Im going to be hunting with a 55lb recurve and longbow this fall does that mean I can shoot the same arrows on each bow and just have them tuned for both since they are the same specs?

the site is by far the site to understand tuning.
In general, a 55# recurve will require a slightly stiffer shaft than a non cut to center longbow..........but by playing with brace height and andjusting the side plate you can probably come very close. With some of the higher performing LB's today the same shaft may shoot well out of both.

I just got my new arrows today. I also ordered wraps with them. Should I bare shaft tune with the wraps on or will they not make that much diffirence?

I tune with wraps on, they make a small difference.  Some even tune with two wraps on to add a little more weight. For the weight of the feathers.
