I used a tight spot on my excel. It worked great. On my tiburon I use the Hoyt one designed for it.

If you don't want a quiver on your bow, look at the Powderhorn stalker
.
Art Vincent does really good work.

I'm not shooting an ILF bow, but I just got a Linx Quiver from Thunderhorn and it's absolutely beautiful.

If you don't want a bow quiver, take a look at the Cedar Ridge Leatherworks Powderhorn quiver or the ShrewBows Mantis quiver.

I agree with DeerSpotter.  Art Vincent does great work.  I have his Stalker side quiver.  Also you might consider Safari Tuff quivers.

I like a Kwikee Kwiver on my warf ILF bow. No nonsense and works....on a budget too. My wood recurves sport a Thunderhorn Lynx.

Our slide on works flawless on an ILF rig. If price on our rawhide quivers are an issue we just came out with an new barebones hood to make the quivers more affordable, with the same attachment system. We sell them for $50. Give us a call if we can help.

All we have to decide is what to do with the time given to us.

Yup, I'm with Drew here. Can't think of a better quiver for ILF rigs than the Selway Slide On.

I love my selway slide on quivers. Have not slid one on any recurve or longbow yet, that the overall feel of shooting qualities didn't improve.  They are giant limb savers if you think about it. They are rock solid to boot

I run a GN and a thunder horn...both strap ons
They work perfect on my ILFs...nothing against selway, but a slide on is a pain to take off and on if you need/want to

You didn't say what kind of riser you have, but if it is a metal riser, you could always drill and tap
for a bolt-on quiver which is what I have done and it works very well.

I have a Dryad riser, do you put the straps on the limbs or riser?

They go on the limbs unless you buy a limb bolt model or have quiver inserts installed on your riser. I'm s big fan of the Selway Quivers and one of the reasons other than they are a top notch quiver is because Drew from Selway is answering questions on your thread! I personally like their quick disconnect limb model because I can remove them from the bow and keep the arrows in it versus the slide on models that you have to take the arrows out of it.

Various bows, but if you see me shooting, it's probably a Toelke in my hand!

I tried a Great Northern side mount but ended up taking it off once on stand any way. Currently waiting on the return of my Covert Hunter riser from Border where I am.having them install inserts for a QD.
Likely going to sell off the GN.
I just prefer the quiver off for hunting.

Shoot as much weight as you can with accuracy

Have used efa, kwikee and great northern and currently use kwikee 4 arrow.

Dont like how it change the balance of the bow completely moving the weight up higher and further to the right than the other two. But it's fast to put on and off and it can be fastened to my tenzing archery pack around the waist to liberate my bow from it if I choose to.

If I didn't have this choice I'd probably go with efa because it's so light. And mounted on the limbs it doesn't change the weight allocation much.

Great northern is just pure eye candy. And I like the attachment best in the strap on world where you don't have to tighten the strap extremely for it to stay put.

What's the new slide on like??

I bought a Big Jim and happy with it, he is a sponsor on here.
