I've been shooting split finger for many years and was thinking of giving three under a try. My question is how well does wing shooting work with three under? Don't want to put the work into three under if it's not wing shooting friendly.
   Thanks, Wes

Personally I like it better because you are barreling the shaft more like a shotgun. The down side is you aren't holding the shaft between your fingers and may be more apt to have a nock slip off in the heat of the moment. Double string nocks help a lot with this problem.  Hope this helps.

I shoot 3 under and never had any issues shooting thrown disks or anything else for that matter. We went this weekend for pheasants and no issues either. I even managed to take a nice rooster from the air.

Ditto with the double nock idea. I addressed the issue of arrows coming off the string in the heat of the moment in a story in TBM a few years ago. Use snap nocks as well
