Ducks and doe weekend....

Well my wife is sick and all my buddy's are sick or out of town and I have one doe tag left. So I'm going hunting all by my little ol self , the weather here in Tx. is getting cold and nasty so should be great. I'm out at my friend Paul's place seeing bunch of deer and the ducks are on the lake. Have a cool little tiny house in the woods to stay in and a few days to hunt so will post as I can.

 What is the annual doe limit in Texas? Reason I ask is ours was reduced this year.

Well the doe part of this hunt is over , shot a nice old fat doe this afternoon. Made a good clean shot on her with a TreeShark and watched her fall ( got it all on video also ) so she is on the meat pole. Going to give the ducks my best in the morn but those suckers are hard to hit...

Me and my best friend Donald both shot a doe last week and with this girl down I am officially out of whitetail tags here in Tx.

Missed 4 so far , the weather is super nasty. Bunch in the air at sun rise but has stopped now , wind is getting strong and it's cold. Going to stay for a few hours.
