bear minuteman problem

the feathers on my arrow don't last more than 50 shot
they look like they hit a storm even the cock feather

no mark on the rise of the arrow hitting it
the bow is a 40# at 62

any idea what cause this

arrow are easton 1914 x7

lenght 29 inch  draw length 28

its hitting something!---powder your shelf/window area-it will show any contact--I say weak at .650 spine

that happens to my arrows if I am shooting at closer range  into a stiff target. But more than fifty shots.

I had a batch of feathers that I bought "cheap" do that.  Poor quality feathers possibly.  Never heard of the cock feather wearing because of contact unless you nock cock feather in.
