Only you should decide how to hunt, or if you wish to continue hunting. If you are no longer confident in being able to hunt effectively with the trad bow, then go to whatever ethical hunting means that attracts you. Hopefully, you won't need to give up trad, but if so, then go for it with whatever suits you. Good luck.

I am facing a bit of a dilemma, myself. Next week I go to see both the shoulder specialist and the spine specialist, and my archery days may be in peril. As much as I love my bows, if I have to give them up, I still have all my rifles in the gun cabinet.
