Thinking about ordering a new bow and actually like black glass limbs for many reasons.  Just would like pics of your wood risers with black limbs for a little inspiration.  Thanks!!!

Sorry, double pic. This is my Black River 3-piece hybrid. Riser is cocobolo dymondwood with bocote accent. Black glass back and belly.

My Kwyk Styk has zebra wood and the darker wood I'm not sure of maybe wenge and black glass limbs

Bocote and black glass is one the sharpest looking combos IMHO.

IMO, here are some things that makes black glass look awesome.  Correct overlays for the lip tips and the riser. Example the Whip above. Then comes the riser wood(s). Nothing with too much contrast; you don't want it taking away from the simple beauty of the black glass and overlays.

You want to see a wonderful example of a black riser with black glass and wonderful overlays?  Go to TimberGhost archery website and look at the model Smoke Hybrid....stunning.
