I had it down to where I thought it was sounding pretty good, but after hearing you grunt mine is pathetic.

Thanks everyone, as for the mouth grunt it was learned kind of by accident. It's an inhale sound, the best way I could explain it would be to drop your chin and inhale and try to make sounds until you figure out how to use the vocal cords. It has to be inhaled though.
