Local Trad guys I need your help.

Today a friend and myself attended our local clubs last 3d of the season. While signing in the registration lady said "Hey your just the guy I was looking for". I said what for? She told me the club was considering reinstating the annual Trad. shoot that was done away with several years back, and if they did would I help? I said "sure no problem". She told me they were going to survey people to see if there was enough interest. I told her I would do the same. Mary told me "I wish our compound guys could experience the atmosphere we had at those shoots" I agreed. This would be Trad only. Free primitive camping. Back in the day those were our clubs biggest shoots of the year. Everyone always had a good time. So what do you say? Would you attend? Don't have any dates at this time.

Sorry forgot to mention the clubs name "Wapello Chiefs Bowmen". Located between Bloomfield and Ottumwa Ia.

We had our 3D shoot at waverly today and we're are discussing a trad only shoot for next year. We got to get more of these going!

That's only about 3 hours for me, with enough advance notice I could probably make that trip.

I'd be a "maybe" I have family on my wife side that lives in centerville Ia that we visit regularly.

I'm about 2 hours away.I sure would make it.A friend of mine talks alot about when there used to be a trad. shoot there and said it was the best.Im sure my friend would go too and he has family that might too. Thanks for posting . and giving the heads up.

Well I'm 8 1/2 hours away but I have have family in southern MN, so maybe they would meet us there. My cousin is new into trad so I think a trad shoot would really get him going.
