I just traded for a RER XR recurve 46# at 28, I draw 30" I have a dozen full length easton axis 400 spine arrows that I shot out of my A&H longbow with 50 grain brass inserts and 125 grain head. Any body have feelings if these will work or do I need to change point weight ?

Personal experience would tells me you will be real close.
But with your draw length I would guess they might be a bit weak.
I would definitely try them.
Stalker Coyote 56, 49@28
Acadian woods carbon recurve 58 46@28
Black widow pch 58, 40@28
Browning Nomad Stalker 45# 28
Morrison 58, 47@28
Black Widow PCH 58 in 40#@28

Your arrows could be 20# light or nearly perfect depending on your bow's "center shot".

Since you already have your new bow and have arrows in hand, as suggested above, shoot em!

I assume your ACS was about the same draw weight.  If so, the .400s should work.  Certainly start there. May need to tweak point weight or length a bit, but doubt you'll need different shafts.
