Sam, I've wondered the same thing. I thought about it when I was about halfway back home from the TN Classic. I wish I had thought to ask her about it while I was there. She is a super sweet lady.

Elewis, they ship to Canada. Last year when I was still in Edmonton,  i ordered a zipper jacket and scarves and got a free knife in their promo. But shipping is not cheap.
