This is into the 3rd page now, others have asked as I did simply what's going on and it is apparently too diabolical to put into print. I only went to public schools but you'd think it would be easier to explain?

I think it was the draw weight thread. I believe the basis of the problem being some folks were offering personal experiences and others were commenting based on the experiences of others, which, being that this is the internet, may or may not be true. There were also some misunderstandings and miscommunication and things got heated.

It got edited and shut down pretty quickly. Then there was another heated thread about the first thread that seems to have been removed.

I'm thinking the OP was about all the false/incorrect information being spread about in the main stream media (MSM) outlets....but i could be wrong.

All the types of strange, irrational questions i get from children, but are similar in usefullness to what the MSM asks/posits about archery and bow hunting.
