Lots of great string makers on here that would make you one. That's where I buy all my strings

I've had a couple from Allen Shafer (ten ring strings) he's a sponsor here and does a heck of a job!

Psalm 37:4- "Delight thyself also in the Lord:and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart."

There are several good string makers.

Whatever you get, get you a 58.5" FF string and you'll be very pleased!
"Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD And whose trust is the LORD. Jeremiah 17:7

"There is a way which seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death."  Proverbs 14:12

I've had great results with 18-22 strands of BCY-X.  Like Daniel said, 58.5" (measured according to AMO/ATA specs, under a 100# load).

A well made string will make a world of difference in how those bows feel at the shot vs. the string that comes with them.

Listen to these guys Mark, a nice custom skinny FF string will transform the bow.  The stock thick strings provided on those Sages are basically an afterthought.  You'll love the result of a good custom string!

LBR makes a great string and he is a VERY strong supporter of our Veterans.

Thanks Jon!

I will add that the string I use/suggest isn't "skinny".  I haven't tried one on a Sage (or the Journey I've been shooting for the past 5 years or so), but I have tried them on other bows  off and on over the past 20+ years.  Never found any real benefit to them over a more moderate strand count...but that's just me.

With my Journey (64" version of the Sage), I've managed to win long-distance novelty shoots (hitting a deer target at approximately 100 yds and a standing turkey target at approximately 70 yds), kill a whitetail (only one I've shot at with it), kill my biggest stingray to date (approximately 100 lbs), and lots more.  Can't see it performing any better than it does with 20 strands of BCY-X.

Broken Arrows

I purchased a string from Ten Ring for the same bow, it worked very good. No issues.
Take the long way around.
