Question for bowyers.......

I recently purchased a Dwyer longbow that has the name of the previous owner written on it. Can this be removed without any damage to the bow? I was going to call Dwyer do see if they could do it, but I figured I would start here first.

Call Dwyer....  They can remove it, but it will probably require a refinish.
