Now that ive got a job id like to go all out and get some top quality trad gear for my bows. Im looking for input on

Quivers back and bow quivers
Gloves and tabs
String silencers
Arrows

And anything else you guys can think of. I want to get the best stuff I can get so I can have the best experience and have gear that wont let me down. Any input on anything would be great im still new to this so I dont know what's good and what's a gimmick. Thanks guys.

Nick,

For backquivers look at Cedar Ridge and Top Hand Leathers, both sponsers.

Gloves, American Leathers Big Shot which you can get from Three Rivers, also a sponser.

Arrows, a lot of the sponsers carry custom arrows.

I'll second the Big Shot glove. It's a good one. for silencers Definatle Bow Hush and Hush Puppies from Terry's girls (Great Stuff). Bow quiver depends alot on your preference Personally I like the Eagles Flight 4 arrow quivers, or a Great Northern. As far as arrows you'll have to see what flys best for you but in a carbon either the Arrow Dynamics Trad Lite or the Easton Epic 500 will do you just fine.

If your looking for a back quiver Mike's archery leather has some good ones. If you like thick gloves then Big shot is your choice but if you want to feel the string i like the grizzly glove with cordura tips.

I like my damascus gloves. About 12-13 bucks each and I can feel my string ( I like that). Work them up with some Montana Pitch Blend leather conditioners and they'll stay slick and last a while.
Knives...lots of knives. Gerber and Buck, Campbell, etc...Good sharpening stones.
Great Northern bow quivers, Mike G's back quivers, armguards and other leather gear. Tophand is good leather maker too.
Pork, Oysters, and Beer...the Holy Trinity (Anthony Bourdain).

Hmm since I need knives should I get a sling shot too? I got a small leather pouch that would carry marbles very well and add a traditional look. Also like Ron La Claire tomahawks.

Well I went with the 3 Rivers Dura Glove from what they say itel out last any glove will see if it stands up to its rep. Was going to get the Big Shot but money wont allow right now wait for another pay day can always use a back up. Anyone else use this glove?
