Knife design question

I have seen on this forum and others a knife design that I want to make. I don't know what the design is call so I will try to explain. The blade and handle are one sweeping curve. I'm guessing it is called a prop point. Where the blade meets the handle, the cross section of the metal is thin but the handle is very wide and rounded at the end. I hope I am explaining this well enough. Post a pic if you know what I am talking about.

it looks something like this but the handle would be much thinner. I hope this helps

I just call it a full tang like the top knife in the pic

Thanks Rick.  That's the knife I gave Ray when we went hog hunting in SC.  Ray's Dall Sheep horn for the handle.  No blood yet...too cold back in March & I wasn't a good enough shot that weekend to bring home the bacon  :)
