Here it is>
Hoyt Mystic Rebel riser with Samick Privelege Carbons, medium.

And more pic's in the next post...

Comes in at 63.5" and roughly between 46 to 52 lbs at 30" with adjustment. Currently set to 48 at 30".  Throws a 435gr arrow right around 200fps, and maybe a smidge more.

The limb locators were brought over from Spain by Mr. Spigarelli himself and sold to me thru Lancaster's when they heard I was looking for some special fittings...pretty cool if you ask me!!!

The limbs are sitting on custom-fab'd pads that retain full ILF weight/tiller adjustment plus limb alignment via the Spigarelli pieces.

The quiver brackets, "plunger", and shelf are custom-fab'd from aluminum, with the sideplate fully adjustable in/out.

I am still fine-tuning, but this thing just flat out shoots!!!

And the price was oh-so-reasonable, as I was basically given the riser by a local compound shop for $5 (and they thought I was the stupid one on that end of the deal  ).

The paint job is inspired by a pic' that I saw on tradtalk some time back, and it looks OK, and is also covered in a few layers of spar urethane satin. I think most camo patterns today are just too dark anyway!!!

Thanks for all of the advice and tips here!!!

I see more of this in the future!
Take Care,
Marc

I think it's just amazing what can be had for so little:
$5 riser...
$190 limbs...
$38 quiver...
$20 limb alignment brackets...
$30 worth of paint and spar urethane...
$10 in aluminum scraps and misc' hardware...
$30 per 1/2 dozen Beman carbons...
$12 custom-made string...
and a few hours on a Bridgeport!!

and ONE HAPPY SHOOTER! LOL!!

Thanks David!

I'm very happy with this one so far.

I'd like some changes (grip shape, etc...) but for a $5 riser, what can you do...LOL!

Marc
