Corned beef is cooking as we speak. Best wishes for all in whatever you're beliefs may be.

String Tracker

No snakes in Ireland. That refers to his help in driving paganism out of the land...referring to it as "snakes". He wasn't Irish either. He was English. He was kidnapped from his family in the 5th century at 16 yrs. old. He later went back to England and decided to devote his life to God and helping Ireland. Talk about forgiving in the name of God and showing mercy. March 17th is the day he died.
from what ive read the "snakes" refers to the symbol of Gaul.  it was the Druid reign at the time in ireland.

Honestly, I have read some pretty in-depth studies historically on Patrick of Ireland string tracker and I really think you have got some of your info wrong.

And the correlation to snakes and druids is that the druids believed a snake ruled the underworld and they used to make things that were called "snake eggs" they were little round decorated balls made of different materials and they were kinda good luck charms you could say.
