I've had a lot of fun shooting my new Mag-handles!! However...

The grip on my "moss green" came off. They used a type of double faced tape to put it on at Bear.
Now that it has come off, It will not stay in place when put back on.

Does anyone have a glue suggestion, that will not harm the riser paint...???
Rubber Cement, was a total failure...  :banghead:
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

Just use some fresh double backed tape.  Sure it will loosen again, but should be able to get months, maybe even a year or two before you need to replace it.  Most glues, other than contact cement, are going to eat into the finish.  BTW, I've used contact cement with good results.

I was thinking contact cement, Jerry....
Wasn't sure if it would harm the finish?? Any particular brand???

I used 3M Indoor/Outdoor double sided tape about 5 years ago on my mag riser. It's still holding. Another glue I remember using on bows was Barge Cement. I see it at hobby lobby these days in craft section. Like contact cement, rolls into a ball when you remove it.

Use a new piece of double sided carpet tape. Clean the residue of the old tape off first.

I use contact cement on the older models. I put on both the riser and grip wrap tight w electrical tape and leave for a day or two. Solid.
It's really simple. Just don't take those borderline shots. Tomorrow is another day.
