Got my Classic in from Terry that i won.  I finally had the chance to use it this past weekend.  i air fried some pork chops Friday night, some steaks Saturday night, and some burgers Sunday night.  All were A+ and 3 teenage boys gave it high praise.  That in itself told me that this was some good stuff.  i'm going to order some red to use on pizza!  Thanks again Terry!

We tried both of Shifty's types when I grilled some chicken a couple of evening ago. Both were good, but -- On chicken we both (that would be me and Boss Lady) preferred the red -- absolutely great on chicken. I'll be trying both on pork in a week or so when I have some time.

Just ran across this old thread....
So, I just ordered both and the stainless shaker.
Has anyone tried mixing both seasonings 50/50 in the shaker..?

I've had both and love them.  In my opinion the Red is best on chicken, fish, shrimp, etc.  The Classis is absolutely delicious on any red meat, but you've also got to try it sprinkled on your vegetables and eggs.  Yummy stuff!  I won't eat vegetables without it anymore.

Plus Shifty and his family are good people.  Just don't tell Shifty I said that cause his head is big enough as it is. Heheheheheh.

This stuff is SOOOOoooo good on burgers. Classic that is.  Still favor the red on chicken though.
