No, no more progress yet. Too busy with work
Still way too early to say it ain't gonna break. I'll have to shoot it more before I even put a real handle on it. I'm not getting my hopes up.

Now that's what I call 'making a silk purse...". Well done. Goes to show you what imagination or vision if you will, and patience can do. That's one  heck of a bow. Kudos to you.

Ehh. Thanks but don't speak too soon. I put about 100 shots thru it the other day, and a nice big sliver started lifting on the bottom limb. I'll try to wrap it if possible, but I'm going to set it aside for right now and shift focus to my trade bow.
This one is probably just to short at 58" to overcome the stress. It was worth the try tho. The knot is totally fine, but the rest of the bow was less than desirable
