Went through some major shoulder issues due to an old injury. Almost 2 years of pain everyday. I'm 90% pain free and that's the best it's gonna get according to the Dr.

Picked up my old recurve and it was like I never left off. Except or course for fatigue setting in pretty quick. I walk about back and shoot 2 arrows at a time as not to stress my shoulder out to quick.

I'm excited about sept for the first time in years!
