Tiller Tree Plans?

Hey guys....I'm curious of how best to make a tiller tree. Looked all over, but the plans are skimpy...

Lets see a pic of yours and a short description or tips on making one.....I've already tried one, but I'm not happy with it.

This is the one that I made but I just used one pulley on the bottom and it does fine.

Wanted to see if anybody has any inovative ideas or maybe I should just "kiss" it (keep it simple stupid!)
