I already posted a koa bow I made this summer.  I thought I'd go ahead and share the other three I built this summer.

I built a 67" ambrosia maple veneer, walnut cores and a Birdseye maple riser.  It draws 54@28.  It shoots great at my 29.5" draw but I wouldn't want it any shorter.

Next is a koa riser and veneer with walnut cores.  58@28 and 68".

Last is a bow that gave me issues.  It is gaboon ebony with all yew limbs.  I felt like I was gut punched when I found the lam on the back had cracked and I was left with a terrific shooting and looking bow...except the crack.  What to do?  Well I've wanted to do snake skins for a while.  I think it turned out great.  It is 69" and 54@28.

Great looking bows,  anything over 46# would tear out my shoulder, wish I was younger.  If wishes were horses they would _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ .

You really haven't hunted the old fashion way until you've done it from one of these Indian houses.(The Tipi) "Glenn ST. Charles"
