The bow looks great. I really like the handle. Nice job.

Looks really good. Is it stacking in the full draw photo at 30" on the stick.  You drawing it looks fine.

Buemaker

I can't feel any stacking, but have not made a draw force curve. It is 68" between nocks so a 30" draw should be okay.

Who's the old guy pulling the bow?   :)

Buemaker

Just some old geezer I rescued from an old people's home.   :bigsmyl:

Very nice. I particularly like that you're using readily available woods. No need for osage or ipe ... Just use what you've got!
Do you find white oak superior to hickory for the belly?

LittleBen. When it comes to Hickory I have only used it as a backing for other woods and as board bows. So I don't know how it is as a belly wood in an all wood laminate. The white Oak  must be compression strong, some guys up here use it with a bamboo backing for bows in the 100 pound + range. That is the so called war bows with a shallow ELB style .

Looks great, what glue did you use that gave you gray glue lines?

Buemaker

The light gray gluelines came from an epoxy that I had not tried before. Bue--.

What great looking lines, both braced and unbraced!  Well done.
