after that, i mark 45 degree, and shape using hacksaw and roundfile ( no pic, cause my cellphone battery getting low )





DONE..!! Ready for Tillering ( nightmare ) process  :D

okay..i'm afraid bout tillering process, so i decided to shaping the riser first..  :(

mark the shelf 2 cm from center line, and then i use chisel to shape it..take time   :D

as far as i know pvc and plastic like materials can not be stricked with epoxy.

epoxy can't hold them.

how does this worked out? or worked out?

Yes..it works so far , i think the epoxy..
cause im trying with this glue before at plastic+wood..and PVC + wood...very strong!!

okay first i dont have much time to make tillering tree, I just using piece of wood 72 cm long..
this wood same lenght for the arrow that i use..actually i'm using 68 cm arrow    :D

once again move the string at the centre

That is a nice job of making a bow from materials that you have available to you.  I really like your home made drum sander, too.  You sure get good results sanding and shaping with it.
Congratulations on your bow; how does it shoot?

Very nice and very refreshing  to see "old school" hand tools being used. I've always enjoyed using chisels, hand planes and such. I like your drum sander, lot of ingenuity shown in this build. Keep us posted on the results.

yes, drum sander & bandsaw can be very expensive here..so one of tricky way is my drum sander that you've seen
