How long will it keep. I have some that I made a bow with, sealed up both parts and put in a closet for about a year. Thanks, Don

Don,

I think it is supposed to keep about a year. But guys have sais they used it after a lot longer than that. I know I have used some over a year old, the hardener  usually starts smelling ammonia like and has what looks like a skin on top of it( stirs up fine), but I have used it on TD risers and stuff like that with no failures.
Stay sharp, Kenny.

I will attest to the above, it smells like ammonia but it still works.... Translated that means (I am pretty cheap sometimes.....)

I've also used smooth-on that was a little over a year old. Didn't smell the ammonia odor though.

I have some that is about six years old that I use around the house and in non-critical applications like bedding gunstocks, etc.  It still seems to work ok.  I warm it up real good and stir them both before mixing.  Still, not going to trust it to hold 100+$ worth of glass and lams together when the fresh stuff is such cheap insurance.
