I'm using the 2 part finish and notice that it turns my white ink writing brown. Anyone know how to keep it nice and white?

Bowjunkie

I usually use black ink, so I haven't experienced what you're having an issue with. T-bird isnt clear, it's sort of an amber color, so I don't know that you can completely eliminate the yellowing. When I have a dark bow that calls for light colored ink, I use silver.

Hope you get it figured out.

Try India ink pens, look for the ones that are archival grade, that may help. I use silver as well, the tbird will dull it down a little so its not quite so metallic.

T-Bird is clear. If yours isn't bowjunkie, you've got some bad stuff.

I use the exact same epoxy, but I call it and sell it as Buffalo Hide. Have done one hell of a lot of bows with it and never noticed anything but clear.

I use the bombay ink with a caligraphy pen ...Pain In The A$$ but it works well.

I just try to live my life in a way that would have made my father proud.

Jim that is what I am using. The finish looks good but the ink turns almost a brown. Possible I did not stir up good enough.
