How wide will you make the limbs?  The few that I've done were around .260-.270 for 2" and 1.75" wides limbs, respectively.  Your wedges should be 8.25".  Your stack looks pretty good.  That's what I've done before.  I usually use just one .002 taper on mine.
The stack thickness depends on the form you're using.  The thicknesses I just gave you is what Binghams lists for their forms, so if you're using a different one, your stack may be a little different.

One of two things will happen; it'll either work or it won't.

Iam using Binghams form, I planned to make it 1.75" wide.

What would the starting thickness of the taper be and what would the thickness of the parallel be?

When I make a limb I take into consideration my glass & veneer thickness. For example if my glass & veneers add up to .120 (2 pieces of glass & 2 veneers) that leaves .150 for the rest of the limb pieces. You can use .100 taper and a .050 parallel. As long as it adds up to .270 you should be fine. It's a good idea to mic your glass and all the parts. Sometimes you do get a piece that's a little off.
