Bought this at an auction today. It is an old craftsman sander and I got it for $9. It works great but I need to replace the chord and mount it different.  My sister collects sewing machines and has a couple of tables that she doesn't want any more. I think I am going to find a way to mount the sander on that and the motor below so that the belt is out of the way. Now I kinda have an itch to make another ILF riser. I used a handheld belt sander to remove the glue on my first one.

here it is:  http://i1080.photobucket.com/albums/j324/mechunter/2012-05-14201144-1.jpg

Heck yeah....hard to beat 9 dollars.  I spend more than that at McDonalds.

Make yourself one of these for the disk table and you can have perfectly tapered point and nock ends for your wood arrows(if you shoot wood).

And you can build an adjustable table under it to grind lams! This isn't my idea, so thanks Sam Harper.

That eye bolt threads in and out of the bottom board to raise and lower the top.
If you're gonna be dumb, you gotta be tough.

psychmonky, could you give a detail look at how to use that lam grinder, PLEASE. I'm building one but not sure about how to use.
Thanks
