foam cores

I have a set of foam cores and was wondering if I can regrind them and what grit paper

Kids who hunt, trap, & fish don't mug little old ladies.

I grind them with 60 grit. on a drum sander. If you do not use a sled you will possibly ruin them. It is very soft.
