Feather Distance From Nock

Does anyone have a preference for the distance gap from feather to nock when shooting a AMO 60 recurve.

On all my arrows I set my fletch jig to 1 inch from the nock taper (or the forward edge of the nock) I do this on all even my (choke, #@%$# cough  :scared:    :knothead:  ) compound. I set my wife's and my daughter's at 3/4 inch.
People need to get a life. That dose not mean to take someone else's, or to make one they can't support.

If you fish and hunt only to catch or kill something. You have MISSED THE POINT COMPLETELY.
